For those arriving early, guards may admit applicants into the St. Luke's Medical Center from 4:30 am, but the opening hours of each area will be respected.

    Processing of wedding requests, leadership sponsorships and foreign selection candidates begins at 7:30 am.

    • If applicable, bring the following with you:

          Your vaccination documentation will only be considered if it contains the following information:

        • Personal copy (e.g. baby book) or copy of medical record showing vaccinations received
        • full date of receipt of vaccination

      • Medical certificate of clinically significant disease previously treated or currently treated, original and 5 photocopies

    medical exam requirements

    • Physical exam- Mandatory for all applicants, regardless of age.
    • Interferon Gamma Release Assay (IGRA) -Test- Mandatory for applicants from 2 to 14 years old
    • Röntgen-Thorax (CXR)- Required for all adult applicants over 15 years old or children who have been exposed to or have a history of tuberculosis cases
    • syphilis test- Mandatory for applicants over 15 years old.
    • Tripper-Test- Mandatory for applicants over 15 years old.

Candidates are advised to have their meals before coming for the medical examination as eating is not permitted on the premises and all initial blood and urine tests do not require a fasted state.There are restaurants near the St. Luke's Medical Center Outreach and water fountains are available in the building.

    4. Immigration law and the CDC require vaccination with age-appropriate vaccines. This includes live vaccines, which can cause birth defects/deformities when administered to pregnant women or women of childbearing potential who may become pregnant within four weeks of receiving these vaccines. If clinically indicated, additional vaccines are also given; or withheld if contraindicated.

    • Vaccinations are included in the price of the medical examination.
    • Hours of interdisciplinary consultation within the clinic (cardiology in adults, infectious diseases in adults, pulmonology in adults and children, radiology in adults and children, pediatric allergology, general pediatrics, general surgery, OBGYN, ENT, gastroenterology, oncology, endocrinology, nephrology, hematology, rheumatology and pathology) are performed free of charge. However, psychiatric examinations will be charged separately at the expense of the applicant.
    • Referrals to specialist clinics outside of St. Luke's Extension Clinic (eg, pediatric neurodevelopmental physician, psychologist, dermatologist, interventional cardiologist and radiologist, ophthalmologist, etc.) will be billed separately to the applicant.
    • The Outreach Clinic at St. Luke accepts cash and credit card payments at the clinic cashier. Applicants who apply online can also pay through Security Bank's Bill Payment Service.
